By the time Kurama arrives at the farm there's already someone else there. Not entirely unusual, the thing about "taking over" is that many of the Chosen still come on their own schedules to do whatever work they feel like doing. He has never had any reason to stop or regulate them, but he does try to keep up with who might be coming or going, getting a feel for the regulars and whoever kept animals on the premises.

This seems like a new face. He smiles pleasantly enough before announcing himself with a greeting.

"Getting an early start today, are we?"
